On-Location Corporate Headshots
Have more than 8 people in your company or group who need a headshot? No problem - we can come to you! We can set up a headshot studio in a conference room or even in a hallway. We have a whole system making it simple to get everyone's headshot.
Having professional photos of departments or entire companies is a great way to give a consistent look of your team to potential clients. It also can be a benefit to the actual staff - a fun day and a cost-effective reward for great work.

Below is a brief overview of how it works.
How Corporate Headshots Work
1) We Get Your Team Scheduled
Once dates are agreed to, we send you a link to a cloud-based sign-up sheet for your team. You would copy/paste the link and send in an email to everyone who is going to get a headshot and they can pick their time slot. The time alloted per person will be based on how much time we have to take photos and how many people will be getting a new headshot. It can typically range from 5 to 30 minutes per person - the more time allowed, the more we have a chance to get the person comfortable and give them multiple options.
Each person receives a pdf called "Getting Ready For Your Headshot" which helps them understand what to expect in their headshot session and some advice on clothing/jewelry.
2) Headshot Day(s)
We will arrive 1-2 hours before the first scheduled headshot of the day to set up the lights, backdrop and camera. We will shoot the people in order according to the online schedule.
The best way to capture a great expression or the personality of a person is to have time to work with a subject - and get them comfortable. We can shoot a headshot of a person in 5 minutes if necessary, but usually 15-20 minutes per person can really make a big difference.
So, if you have a lot of people to get to in a day, we can spend less time with each person. Or, in the case larger groups, we can schedule headshots over multiple days.
If people miss their appointment or if you hire people in the future, they can always have the option to come to our studio in Radnor PA 19087. This way, you can keep your “look” the same among all staff.
3) Client Chooses Their Favorite Headshot
At the end of the headshot session (with each person), we review the raw, unedited images. The client, along with the photographer, chooses their favorite headshot. The chosen photo is not ready for prime time - yet. Imperfections and lighting are still in the photo. It needs one more step...
4) Selected Photos Are Professionally Edited
Digitally retouching is a time-consuming and very important step. We want to make sure that we strike that balance where everyone looks their best - but we also keep your headshot looking realistic. (We don't want your headshot to be accused of being "Kardashianed"). So, we remove everything from lights in the background to skin imperfections.
5) Email Delivery
Within 3-5 business days, the images that were chosen are emailed to you (or directly to the person who had their headshot taken). The 3-5 days is needed for the retouching step.
In addition to the "Day Rate" fee, there is a charge of $75 per digitally retouched image.
